  • Can I trust Rosa’s Cleaning service?

    Of course you can! We have loyal housekeepers in our business that you can trust and our references will testify to that.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

    No. We provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment. If you wish for us to use any of  your own cleanings supplies, you may leave it out for our team to use. However, the cleaning supplies we use are effective in cleaning the toughest job that an alternative may not.

  • Do I need to be home when you come clean?

    No, it is not necessary to be home for your cleanings. Actually, most of our customers are not home when we clean but you can certainly be there if you wish to. If you choose to provide a key or code, you can be asured that we will keep it safe. However, we can discuss other ways to come and clean your home if you don’t feel comfortable giving us a key/code.

  • Can my pet be home during the cleaning?

    We love pets! Your furry friends are more than welcome to be there during your cleanings - so long they are gentle with the housekeepers and comforable around cleaning equipment so that the team can perform thoroughly and effectively. 

  • What do I have to do before the cleaning?

    In order for our cleaning team to work as efficiently as possible, we ask that you pick up all clothing, toys, and remove clutter from surfaces so that they can thoroughly clean the area.

  • What happens if something breaks, is damaged, or turns up missing?

    We try our best to take care of your home as if it were our own, but we are aware that accidents happen. If something breaks or we damage it, you can be asured that we will repair, replace or pay for it. If something turns up missing in your home, we will make sure it is found if we misplaced it.

  • What if I would like to make a change/request in my standard cleaning routine?

    Any changes to your standard cleaning routine you would need to notify Rosa at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning and not a cleaning team member. 

  • What is your guarantee?

    We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, we aren’t either. While we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided, call us within 24 hours of the cleaning service and we’ll go back and re-clean any areas of concern. We want to make it right!

  • How do I pay for the service?

    Payment is due at the time of service. Our options are cash, check or Zelle.

  • What are your policies?

    - No laundry services of any kind.


    - We do not hand-wash more than 5 dishes per cleaning. Additinal charges may apply if amount is exceeded.


    - If you would like for us to clean an area of the home that is not a part of the standard cleaning routine, it would be considered an add-on and will be an additional cost. We also do not substitute any areas we routinely clean, for areas we don’t.


    - There could be an extra charge for a pet if additional time or cleaning is required.


    - We do not reccomend that our team use your cleaning equipment. However, if you wish to have them be used, we are not repsonsible for any damages or mulafuctions.


    Please let us know in advance for any changes to the cleanings.
